The stack we build and maintain

Built with tools your next developer will already know.

What we do

Six things, done properly.

Most projects need two or three of these. We would rather tell you which ones than sell you all six.

Custom software development

Business systems built around your process instead of the other way round — internal tools, dashboards, portals and automation that replace the spreadsheet nobody fully trusts any more.

  • Internal tools & admin panels
  • Workflow automation
  • Legacy system replacement
  • ERP / CRM integration

Web platforms & applications

Customer-facing products — SaaS, marketplaces, booking and membership platforms — built on React, Next.js and TypeScript with a backend that stays boring under load.

  • SaaS products & MVPs
  • Customer & partner portals
  • Marketplaces & booking
  • API design & integrations

Websites & e-commerce

Marketing sites, landing pages and online stores that load fast, rank well, and can be edited by your own team instead of a developer on retainer.

  • Corporate & product sites
  • Headless CMS setup
  • Custom online stores
  • Technical SEO & Core Web Vitals

Technical audit & takeover

An independent read on a system you already own: what the code does, what it costs to keep running, and whether it is cheaper to continue or rebuild. You get the assessment in writing either way.

  • Code & architecture review
  • Security & dependency audit
  • Cost and risk assessment
  • Handover from a previous team

UI/UX design

Research, user flows, wireframes and a design system in Higgsfield. Every screen we draw is a screen we know how to build — no handoff theatre.

  • Discovery & user research
  • Wireframes & prototypes
  • Design systems
  • Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)

Cloud, DevOps & maintenance

CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, backups and a support agreement. The unglamorous part that decides whether software survives its second year.

  • AWS / Google Cloud / Cloudflare
  • CI/CD & infrastructure as code
  • Monitoring & incident response
  • SLA support & maintenance
How we work

Four stages. No surprises in the invoice.

You see working software every two weeks and know the cost of the next stage before it starts.

01

Discovery

One or two workshops to map the process, the users and the constraints. We leave with a written scope, a fixed estimate and a list of the things most likely to go wrong.

Deliverables Scope documentFixed estimate Risk registerArchitecture sketch
02

Design

User flows first, then screens. You get a clickable prototype before a line of production code exists, so the expensive changes happen while they are still cheap.

03

Build

Two-week sprints against a shared board. A demo and a deployed staging build at the end of each one, with access to the repository from day one.

04

Launch & care

Migration, launch, and a support agreement with defined response times. Dependencies patched, backups verified, and a roadmap for what comes next.

Client names are withheld where our agreements require it. Ask us in a call and we will walk you through the code and the numbers.

Case studies are in preparation. Real projects, verified figures and client names will be published here once the approvals are in.

Why here

Why we build from Novi Sad.

We are one time zone from most of our clients, in a city that exports software to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands at scale. You get a senior team you can actually reach — in your working hours, in your language.

Frequently asked

The questions that decide a project.

What does a project cost?

It depends on scope, and anyone who quotes before discovery is guessing. As a guide: a marketing website starts in the low four figures, an MVP web platform in the low five, and a full business system is quoted per stage. After a discovery workshop you get a fixed price per stage — not an open-ended hourly bill.

How long until we see something?

A clickable prototype in two to four weeks. A usable first release of a web platform typically in eight to sixteen weeks, depending on integrations. Websites are faster — four to eight weeks from kickoff.

Who owns the code?

You do — fully, from the first commit. Work is delivered into your own repository or transferred to it at handover, with the intellectual property assigned to you in the contract. We do not hold projects hostage through hosting or accounts in our name.

Do you work with clients outside Serbia?

Most of our work is for clients in the EU, the UK and Switzerland. We invoice in EUR, work in English, and are used to remote collaboration with a weekly call and a shared board. Serbia is outside the EU for VAT purposes, which usually means the reverse-charge mechanism applies for EU businesses — your accountant will confirm the treatment in your country.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Often, yes. We start with a paid technical audit: what the code does, what it costs to keep, and whether it is cheaper to continue or replace. You get that assessment in writing whether or not you continue with us.

What happens after launch?

Software that nobody maintains starts breaking within a year — dependencies, browsers, payment providers and tax rules all move. We offer a monthly support agreement with defined response times covering updates, monitoring, backups and a budget of development hours for small changes.

Tell us what you're building.

Send a couple of paragraphs about the problem. You get an honest answer within one working day — including when the honest answer is that you do not need custom software for this.
